If you have been notified by Ambrose Construct Group that your claim has been received, please note:
- Trades will be allocated as soon as possible in a responsive manner.
- At this stage, our teams may not be able to access your property due to local authorities and emergency services not yet giving the all-clear.
- Once we receive clearance, we will contact you and assign trades for make-safe works at your property.
- We encourage you to check back on this page regularly for updates on when our trades have been given permission to attend affected sites.
